WARPAINT‘s second self-titled album is released in Australia today and to celebrate the LA based four-piece is thrilled to announce a very SPECIAL NEW AUSTRALIAN SHOW DATE to take place at a secret location in Sydney.
Presented by Oyster Magazine, Love Police, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival & Remote Control Records the secret show will take place at an eerie yet beautiful location in the inner western suburbs of Sydney on Wednesday 5th of February.
A very limited number of tickets are ON SALE NOW to the general public and ticket holders will be notified of the shows location atremote the day before at 7pm on Tuesday 6th of February by email & txt message. The show will be a once in a life time opportunity for fans to see Warpaint produce their hypnotic brand of indie rock in a unique and delicate setting.
WARPAINT is a Los Angeles based quartet comprised of Emily Kokal (vocals/guitar), Jenny Lee Lindberg (bass/vocals), Theresa Wayman (guitar/vocals), and Stella Mozgawa (drums). To say that this follow-up is “highly anticipated” is an understatement considering the reception that their debut received when it was released at the end of 2010.
